What I like the most is how Kelly talked about word of mouth. In this day and age there is so much clutter out there on multiple media channels. A personal recommendation is far more effective of having a customer choose your services, than just simply sending out your messages. Engaging with your current customer base and increasing your internet and social media exposure are two great ways to help garner some word of mouth.
