  1. I noticed how Laurie mentioned that Yelp was one of the biggest drivers of traffics. In service industries such as plumbing, word of mouth referrals are incredibly powerful. Offering stellar service to your existing clients can encourage them to give recommendations. Perhaps, you can even provide an incentive to your existing clients for going online and leaving a review about your company and their experiences working with you.
